In order to guarantee the safety of patients and staff we are not currently accepting walk-in patients at the Chamblee clinic. Please call (404) 325-3630 and follow the prompts to speak to the Chamblee clinic manager to make an appointment.

Appointments at the Chamblee clinic are available by appointment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

We currently accept applications via our website or by mail.
